Produktbeskrivning Digital and analogue Ethernet I/O modules: Intelligent input/output module for monitoring, graphics display and control over a LAN and the internet. Typical application areas are found in environmental measurement technology, logistics, building automation, remote maintenance, remote diagnosis. The direct Ethernet connection permits measurement data capture and control from any PC. Integral functions such as minimum/maximum, average determination, event counter or PID standard algorithm, as well as polling and event handling permit versatile deployment where built-in intelligence is required. The module is able to achieve simple HMI functionality, because web sites written in JAVA can be stored and then displayed using a web browser on any PC or thin client. For control applications, connection to proprietary SCADA software is possible without additional programming by using Modbus/TCP standard protocol or OPC-Server. The modules can be configured via Ethernet using the supplied utility software and even software upgrades can be performed via the intranet or internet.
