Produktbeskrivning NTS series piston vibrator: The NTS series compressed air piston vibrator produces linear vibrations or shaking movements. It is used to empty bunkers, as a drive for conveyor and extraction channels and for consolidating bulk materials. Processes can also be mechanically activated and influenced. One special feature of the NTS vibrator is the integrated waste air restrictor that can be used to control amplitude regardless of frequency. Suitable for the food industry. Construction and operating principle: Netter compressed air piston vibrators of the NTS series produce vibration using a freely swinging and re-routing piston. The piston operates against an air cushion and produces sinusoidal vibration. This vibration supports and promotes many applications or, in some cases, even makes otherwise impossible applications possible. As the supply pressure increases, do does the frequency. The waste air is restricted by the restrictor cap that changes the drive's range. Use of a mist oiler also ensures ongoing problem-free operations. An interposing filter unit with a 5µm filter element also ensures the lowest possible level of wear. (Neither are included). The permissible operating temperature is +5 to +60° C.
