Produktbeskrivning PC temperature measuring system for DALLAS® 1820, for Windows®98/2000/XP: Powerful measuring and recording system for up to 20 temperature channels. DALLAS® DS 1820 sensors are used as the temperature sensors, and can be connected up to 100 m apart. A microcontroller module is connected between the PC and sensors for the USB interface. The sensors are identified by means of a serial number. The microcontroller integrated with the adaptor controls the USB bus, manages the serial numbers and cyclically records the temperatures of all connected sensors. The current measurements are sent as ASCII strings via the USB interface to the connected PC. The measurements are recorded online by the PC. A simple Windows® program for recording the temperature values in an EXCEL TM -compatible file format is included. Extensive monitoring and control functions can be implemented with the optional PCLOG (part no. 18 30 30) and ProfiLab EXPERT 3.0 (part no. 18 30 44) software programs. All components are pluggable. Typical applications: Monitoring of refrigerated or storage rooms, greenhouses, in the food industry, quality assurance, temperature measurement in buildings, air-conditioning systems, heating control, solar installations, meteorology.
